I'm Kim Harbaugh, the Customer Experience Manager for Brookson Insurance. In addition to being a resource to both current and potential customers, I handle marketing and office operations to ensure that we are offering the best experience for our clients.
My education and experience are in Accounting and Business Administration. I spent most of my career at Sony until I was downsized. I have over 20 years of experience in business with my focus evenly split between Accounting/Finance and Supply Chain Management/Purchasing.
I have been with my husband for 29 years this year and we will be married for 23 years in October. We have 1 Yorkie named Paisley.
What’s the most exciting part of your job?
The best part about my job is interacting with the customers and being able to fulfill their needs. Sometimes they just need someone to listen, and I do that as well!
Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies?
My hobbies are watching murder mystery programs, shopping, and spending as much time with Paisley as possible.
What’s the best place you’ve traveled to?
The best place I have traveled is the Bahamas.
