Customer service is just horrible these days, right? I keep thinking it's going to go back to the way it was, but we just keep getting worse and worse out of any service industry. However, same applies to clients. I say this because I see both sides. Service team members are often abused and never thanked for their help and pretty much in all industries. That's because client's have been more often treated horribly on the service side and it has become a vicious cycle, we are living without the back-and-forth care and respect there once was. I think we all need to step fully back into our humanity take a look at ourselves and look at those around us and move forward with grace. Just remember connecting on any call. Connect so each side listens and understands. That's our motto. Connect. There are humans on both sides of the service call.
