This year has been a tough one for an insurance agency. Pricing jumps just keep getting higher, underwriting keeps getting tougher, carriers with service outages. But I'm so grateful for this year, I feel like I've talked with almost each and every client personally and it has been an amazing journey. I was reminded and sometimes even I have to be after all of these years, what I even like about the insurance industry. It turns out, through all he changes our office has seen this year one thing has really made it all worth it, working for our clients, just simply making sure it's all taken care of for them. Turns out in this topsy turvy service world that good old basic, yes, I'll get it done and email you it has been completed is above and beyond service. Having a nice chat to fully understand what our clients' needs are keeps us in tune with what and where they belong and in turn where we are going as an agency. Things are changing, our service will not be doing that. However, we will be modernizing even more before the end of this year. It's an exciting season as tough as it has been, wow have we grown and we just love what we do and who we do it for while we're at it.
