Though this is a changing market, we are wrapping our heads around the future world of insurance, from offices, to apps, to security, policy changes for roofing. It is a fast-moving market, and AI is on the rise right along with it. We may not be able to control the changes coming, so it is our job to identify what IS going on in this market and learn how we wrap our service around that world, if it even belongs there. We think it does, and real licensed people are still needed in this field and as the industry moves to a more self-service customer service model what does that mean for our clients? Here's what we really think, changes are truly coming and we might not like all of them to come, but while we are here in this agency our SHOP will remain one focused on people and what they need, simple as that. While we are modernizing with great national carrier support, we do find that we have more time to be the shop of our dreams really educating people being able to work with our clients is one of the side benefits of this market. Our relationships have only grown stronger. There's a market out there for people who want self-service and that is not our natural market any way. So as long as people like working with people, we are going to be around.
