With spring coming soon and knowing the weather we've been experiencing it is time to think about water damages. If you have a basement and do not carry sewer, drain back up and sump failure coverage. One thing I've learned as an agent, you do not take chances if you have a basement. We've experienced community flooding and basement intrusion in areas we haven't in the past. It is the ONE coverage that a homeowner with a basement should think of FIRST. If you have a basement, check your policy out and make sure you have some level of this coverage available and if you don't call your agent and check out how much it would cost to add. Regardless, add it if you don't have it. ~Heather
