I swear I'm just almost flat out of insurance tips for 2025. What I am not done with is caring for my folks here at Brookson. This year we made major changes and I'm so excited for 2026 and let me tell you. We are opening a second office location in Seattle, WA in 2026. Our Greenwood office will remain our home office always and our main location as it is the core of our business, but we are with national based carriers, and it is time to grow. We were able to make this happen when we decided to modernize our agency in a way that is ready for the next 10-20 years out. We are not afraid to see what works and what doesn't for our clients it's what makes us independent agents. We have options here, way more than one. But we are sure to have carriers in house who invest in their clients and our agency and that comes down to secure modern services with 24/7/365 LICENSED agent support for when our agency is closed. Life is literally busier than it used to be, and we need to be available in all ways it is simply expected and I agree. This year we made it possible to reach us 24/7 via text to the office. We literally flipped the script in 2025, but we are more excited than ever, it's like a dream come true!
